This contract is entered into by and between the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (referred to as “TNPSC”) and the party seeking to access and utilize the general scientific laws in physics for the TNPSC examination (referred to as “Party”).

Contract No: TNPSC-SCI-F-2022
This contract is being entered into for the purpose of providing the Party with access to and use of the general scientific laws in physics for the TNPSC examination, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
The TNPSC agrees to provide the Party with access to the general scientific laws in physics for the TNPSC examination for the purpose of academic and professional development, while the Party agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this contract.
This contract shall be effective as of the date of signing and shall remain in effect until the completion of the TNPSC examination or until otherwise terminated by either party in accordance with the terms set forth herein.
The Party acknowledges that the general scientific laws in physics provided by the TNPSC are protected under copyright law and agrees to use the information solely for the purpose of preparing for the TNPSC examination and not for any other commercial or distribution purposes.
Any breach of the terms and conditions set forth in this contract may result in legal action and the termination of access to the general scientific laws in physics for the TNPSC examination.
